This webinar will covers the issues of the eligibility process, strategies for documenting eligibility, how to handle zero income, homeless families and over income familes. The webinar addresses when and how to implement 35% additional allowances, joint income, miitary families and families without income documents. Procedures for proper questions to ask during income eligibility process
