Ways to Pay Your Fees

All students enrolled in a credential or license program, must have a funding method established in order to began taking courses.  HS University cannot accept payment for any or all parts of a program from any student's personal account. Fees can only be paid through your sponsoring program.  A student can use the following method to pay for a credential or license.

Program Funds

All new and returning students are encouraged to work with their agency or childcare program about using professional development funds as payment for a program.  The amount and number of classes you may enroll in will depend on your employer.  Each student is encouraged to contact their manager and or supervisor to discuss their professional development needs.

NOTE: All enrollments must be paid using company check, company credit cards or company purchase order.

How to Pay Your Fees

Students have a variety of ways to pay enrollment fees. You can pay by company credit card, or company check. HS University accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit cards. All credit cards must be corporate credit cards.  HS University does not accept debit or personal credit cards.

 

Pay Online

Pay online through our secure interface inside http://courses.hsuniversity.org . HS University accepts Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. To meet the registration deadline, online payments must be made by 4:00 p.m. CST.

 

Pay by Mail

When paying fees by mail, Agencies must ensure to include student's full name and course ID number. HS University does not accept personal checks. Send your fees to the following address:
