Managing Health Protocol Requirements

          Course Number: HSC2202                    Credits: 3

This course covers the program's services for nutrition.  It will look holistically at nutrition services and includes practices such as the feeding of young children, food service management, sanitation and safety, menu planning, food purchasing, food storage and receiving and quality food production.
